Welcome to South Sound Home Loans! Our mission is to help local residents of the South Sound area of Washington to achieve or enhance their “American Dream” with custom tailored home mortgage loans to either purchase or refinance. We are veteran owned and specialize in loans for Veterans as well as Reverse Mortgages for seniors.

RANDY LUKE has been a home loan mortgage originator since 1990 and is a Licensed State of Washington Loan Originator (NMLS License # 77184).  He is a recognized local mortgage home loan expert with hundreds of satisfied customers, many of whom have done as many as 6 or 7 transactions with Randy.  He is a licensed State of Washington real estate finance instructor and has served on the Washington State Mortgage Professionals Board of Directors.  He is a US Army veteran who has done hundreds of VA loans.

Everyone’s situation with respect to credit, income, debts and assets is different when applying for a home mortgage. With his extensive experience Randy understands what can and can’t be done and will counsel each prospect with accurate advice for a custom personalized list of best options. Also, if he doesn’t feel like someone can qualify now for the loan they want, he will advise on the best way to do so.

Several years ago my friend Debby Martin and I met with Randy Luke to discuss the options for financing a house on Harstine Island in the West Sound. After thoroughly going over our financial situation, and the sellers offer that was on the table, Randy suggested that we go with owner financing rather than anything he could offer us.
