Sanu and Rosmery…
Sanu is from India and did an internship at Sun Valley Resort as a chef. He came with a big bag of dreams and eager to learn more about American cuisine. Rosmery originally from Peru came as a exchange student for summer and stayed in the States to fulfill her career in Business Management. Both had found the love at Whisky Jacks, one day in a dollar night event. Since then they share their lives together and finally got married in 2019 right after opening the first Saffron Indian Cuisine. Want to know more? Come by and say “Hi” to them!

Nestled in Sun Valley – Indian-inspired restaurant. A communal space for relaxed social dining, Saffron draws its inspiration from the vibrancy of the culture and art, as well as the innovative spirit of the authentic Indian Cuisine.
At Saffron, we want to take you on a gastronomical journey through contemporary Indian food. We have traversed the length and breadth of the country to create our distinct seasonal menu, which will introduce you to unique Indian ingredients, combined with the freshness of produce. We aim to create charming, fresh, seasonal dishes that are an interpretation of customary Indian sensibilities through our use of international techniques and inspirations.
Ratnadeep Chakraborty and Rosmery Serva are passionate about what they do and love. They are working hard to give you the best Indian experience.
