The Best Food In Town
The name says it all!
New Hours: Thursday–Saturday 12:00 to 8:00
When I lived in Canton, Miss’ippi (where the movie “A Time To Kill” was filmed) I learned that the very best food was always found on the “black side” of the railroad tracks. This was especially true of a small rib shack across the highway from Greenwood’s…a little market owned by the parents of Pittsburg Steeler “Fearsome Foursome” great, L.C. Greenwood.
This evening I put that knowledge to use and had dinner at Best Food In Town in Grand Junction, Tennessee. Pastor Roderick Blaylock and the women of New Vision Ministries really know how to cook southern! For me it was fried catfish filets, hush puppies, and cole slaw. It was so good it nearly made my tongue slap my brains out! I also got an invitation to their church service at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. I’m hoping I’ll be able to make it.
By the way…this place has 20 reviews on Google with 4.8 stars!
