Buffalo Dance is a unique Design Gallery — marrying history with art through craftsmanship…
Fourth-generation designer and artist, Shadowhawke, inherited her talent from her Northeast Native American heritage. Before relocating to the Flathead Valley in 2006, her 25-year artist background included a multitude of traditional reproductions of native clothing, regalia, ceremonial outfits, and leather paintings.
For your home, the Gallery presents custom wall art, traditional hand painted buffalo robes, and 19th century replicas of the old west. With five on-site craftsman, your home can be completed with hand-crafted furniture, tables, lamps, and bedroom ensembles. Adorn your finely crafted furniture with an elk throw or a leather table runner, placemats, and coasters. Buffalo Dance also brings the Big Sky indoors through beautiful paintings or photography for around the state. Add a taste of glamour to your bedroom with a hand-stitched buckskin comforter with matching pillows and window treatments.
The 1,100 square-foot design Gallery in the Flathead Valley also features fashion. Contemporary styles for today include western wear, traditional Native American, and clothing for reenactment.
